01 What is your minimum project size?
Fixed-scope projects start from $6k. If your need is smaller, staff augmentation from $25/hr or a short advisory engagement is usually the better fit — the free scoping call is where we work out which model makes sense.
02 How does your payment schedule work?
Fixed-scope projects are billed against agreed milestones — typically a deposit to begin, then payments as each milestone is accepted. Dedicated teams are billed monthly in advance, and staff augmentation is billed monthly against hours worked. Terms are written into every proposal.
03 Should I choose hourly or fixed pricing?
Fixed or ranged pricing suits well-defined builds where the scope is clear. Hourly staff augmentation or a monthly dedicated team suits evolving roadmaps and ongoing work. We recommend the model that protects your budget, not ours.
04 Are there any hidden costs?
No. Every proposal lists scope, assumptions and price up front, and the scoping call and proposal are free. Third-party costs such as cloud hosting or paid licences are always yours and are flagged in writing before anything is committed.
05 What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
Change is normal. New requests are handled as a clearly priced change request you approve before we build them, so the original milestones and budget stay intact and nothing lands as a surprise on the invoice.
